Terms & Conditions


Here's how you shop
Choose the item you want to buy, fill in quantity, color or size (if available) and click on "Add to cart".

At any time during the course of the order you can see what is in the basket by clicking on "Show Cart" in the box at the bottom. From there you can manage your products or empty your shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your order, click on "Go to checkout".

We reserve ourselves for any final sales. Please note that we do not give any guarantee that the pictures in the shop show the exact appearance of the product.

Completed order means that you agree to our terms of purchase and agree to register name and address in our customer register.


Prices


All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping is included. We reserve the right to change prices in the e-store without prior notice.

Payment can be made as follows
Klarna invoice
Credit card payment.
Part payment.


Freight
Shipping fee is SEK 39 on all orders.
Free shipping on all orders whose value exceeds SEK 1,000.


Delivery
The goods are usually shipped by Post and collected at the nearest delivery point. Normal delivery time is about 3-5 days from the order is received and confirmed. It depends on how many orders we have and on holidays as well as Posten. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after each completed order.
If you have ordered an item that is not in stock at the moment, you will be notified (via mail, sms or phone) We reserve the right for any final sales.

Not triggered packages
The package is at Posten delivery point for two weeks. Should the package not be collected, the goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently SEK 120.

Exchange and returns
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have 14 days right of withdrawal / return right after you have received the item, provided that the item has not been used. Right of withdrawal applies to everything in the shop. The right of withdrawal does not apply when sealing / sealing has been broken. The goods must be in essentially unused / unchanged condition in order to be returned. The product must be returned in original packaging, clothes must of course be tested, tufts must never be broken, but all labels and price tags must remain.
The right of exchange does not apply to SALE clothes.


Return items

Use our return label that we send with in your shipment. Write a note that it is return or if it is a change of size. A return charge of SEK 39 will be added upon return.

Complaint
If an item is incorrect or incorrectly dispatched, you should contact support@imperioo.com as soon as possible and state the error and you will be given information on how to proceed. Transport damage must be reported to the delivery point as soon as the damage is detected. We are responsible for the cost of returns.

Terms of purchase
To shop at Imperioo you must have reached the age of 18 or have the assailant's approval.

Secrecy
Imperioo takes responsibility for all personal data that you provide to us when you register as a customer. This information is used to enable us to manage your purchases and for marketing purposes. No unauthorized person has access to our customer register and the information is not disclosed to third parties. You have the right to request information once a year on how your personal data is used. The request is sent to support@imperioo.com.


Imperioo does not accept responsibility for passwords that have been in the wrong hands. Any false orders and fraud attempts are reported to the police. On these occasions, we will assist the Police in the investigation work with the necessary information.

If we sent by Post: 020-23 22 21 they will help you.
If we sent with DHL: 0771-345 345 they will help you.
Please note that you always save the consignment note so that they can get the correct parcel number.
